Cynthia Fletcher

Cynthia Fletcher is a registered dietitian and the head of nutrition at Elderly Assist Inc, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of older adults. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Cynthia is a respected expert in the field of geriatric nutrition and is dedicated to helping older adults live healthy, fulfilling lives.

Education
Cynthia received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of British Columbia and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Dietitians of Canada and the American Dietetic Association, and is a certified diabetes educator. In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys volunteering at local food banks and leading healthy cooking workshops for seniors in her community.

Experience
Throughout her career, Cynthia has worked with a variety of populations, including seniors in assisted living facilities, home care clients, and patients in long-term care facilities. She has a particular interest in helping seniors manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
